How Custom Ordering Works

Tell us what you need, including the product, theme, colors, quantity, sizes, event date, and budget. Inspiration photos are welcome.

We’ll review your request, confirm availability, and provide pricing, production details, and any questions needed to finalize the order.
Review Your Quote
After payment and design approval, we’ll begin production and keep you updated through completion, pickup, delivery, or shipping.

Please carefully review names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, and quantities before approving your design. Changes requested after approval may affect pricing or turnaround time.
Quotes & Availability
Submitting a request does not confirm an order, price, or production date. We’ll review your details and contact you with availability, pricing, and next steps.
Timing & Custom Items
Need-by dates are not guaranteed until confirmed. Because custom items are created specifically for each customer, completed personalized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error.
By submitting an order request, you acknowledge that final pricing, availability, production time, and fulfillment details must be confirmed by Crafty K Celebrations before the order is accepted.
