At Crafty K Celebrations, we are committed to creating high-quality custom products and providing exceptional customer service. Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, we ask that you review our policies before placing an order. These guidelines help ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team.

Ordering Process

Every order begins with your vision. Once your order or custom request is received, we will review the details and contact you if additional information is needed.

For custom orders, you may receive a digital proof for approval before production begins. Production will not start until all required approvals and applicable payments have been received.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For large or specialty orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure materials and production time.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout or included with your invoice.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Shipping and pickup options are available during checkout when applicable.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Crafty K Celebrations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started or custom materials have been ordered, cancellations may not be possible.

Any applicable design fees, deposits, or material costs are non-refundable.

Team Store Orders

Team store items are produced specifically for each organization and are made to order.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Team store orders cannot be canceled after production begins.

• Personalized team items cannot be exchanged.

• Delivery schedules may be coordinated with the organization or coach.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing may vary based on:

• Product selection

• Quantity

• Personalization

• Artwork requirements

• Rush production

• Shipping costs

Quotes are subject to change if project details change after the original estimate.

Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product and order size.

Estimated production begins after:

• Payment is received

• Artwork is approved

• All order details have been finalized

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on production availability.
