Digital Products

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Shipping

Returns & Refunds

Because most products are personalized:

All custom sales are final.

If an item arrives damaged or an error was made by Crafty K Celebrations, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Team Store Orders

Team store merchandise is produced specifically for each organization.

Unless otherwise noted:

• Orders cannot be canceled after production begins.

• Personalized items cannot be exchanged.
