Photo Requirements

For the best result, please submit:

• A clear, high-resolution photo

• A front-facing or slightly angled pose

• A photo showing the full head, including hair and hat

• Good, even lighting

• An original image rather than a screenshot

• No heavy filters, stickers, or text over the face

Blurry, cropped, dark, or low-resolution photos may delay production. By submitting a photo, the purchaser confirms they have permission to use the image.

Processing and Custom-Order Policy

Please allow 7-10 business days after proof approval, plus shipping or delivery time.

Because this item is personalized, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted after proof approval or once production begins. Slight differences in color and placement may occur between the digital mockup and finished product.
