Use this form to submit photos, logos, artwork, wording, or inspiration images for your Crafty K Celebrations order.
Please place your order before submitting your files. You will need your order number so we can match your artwork to the correct purchase.
Before You Upload
Please make sure:
Your image is clear and high quality.
Logos have a transparent background whenever possible.
All names, dates, wording, and spelling are correct.
You have permission to use the images or artwork you submit.
Your order number is included on the form.
Each uploaded file is 20 MB or smaller.
Submitting artwork does not guarantee that every image can be used as provided. We will contact you if your file is blurry, too small, copyrighted, incomplete, or unsuitable for production.
Important Artwork Notice
Uploading artwork does not place an order or reserve a production date. A completed purchase or approved invoice is required before work begins.
Crafty K Celebrations is not responsible for errors that were included in customer-submitted wording, spelling, dates, names, images, or approved proofs.
Low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated. If your submitted artwork does not meet production requirements, we may request a replacement file or offer a paid artwork recreation service.
Please do not submit copyrighted characters, logos, photographs, or artwork unless you have authorization to use them.
